29:6. তাই দায়ূদকে ডেকে আখীশ বললেন, “প্রভুর অস্তিত্বের মতোই নিশ্চিত যে তুমি আমার অনুগত| তোমাকে আমার সৈন্যদের মধ্যে রাখলে আমি খুশি হতাম| যেদিন থেকে তুমি আমার কাছে, আমি তোমার কোন অন্যায় দেখি নি| কিন্তু পলেষ্টীয় শাসকরা তোমাকে সমর্থন করে নি|

29:6. So Achish summoned David and said to him, "As surely as the LORD lives, you are an honest man, and I am glad to have you serving with me in the army. I have found no fault with you from the day that you first came to me until the present time. But in the opinion of the leaders, you are not reliable.

29:6. So Achish finally summoned David and said to him, "I swear by the LORD that you have been a trustworthy ally. I think you should go with me into battle, for I've never found a single flaw in you from the day you arrived until today. But the other Philistine rulers won't hear of it.
